Below you will find a temporary review for this film. The real (better, more complete) review will be online very soon.

Akira Kurosawa with another great film. 'Yojimbo' tells us the story of a town terrorized by two local gangs. A samurai comes to the town and offers his skills to the best paying gang.

Toshirô Mifune, Kurosawa's favorite actor, has one of his best performances here. The movie is beautifully shot in black and white, with great music. The direction by one of the greatest directors in movie history is superb. A very exciting film, with lots of suspense and a good story.
