Below you will find a temporary review for this film. The real (better, more complete) review will be online very soon.

'X2' is one of the better sequels I know. It definitely does not disappoint you if you liked the first film. You get more action, better special effects, more character development and more characters.

I didn't know much about the comic-books of 'X-Men'. I have searched a lot on the internet and my appreciation for this film has grown. First I thought it was just another action-hero story, and a nice one. But now I know, and I will not reveal for what parts, that the story of X2 has a lot of building in it for the third installment. The ending is one of the bigger things (I will not spoil it, but you will know what I mean), but also names that appear only on TV- or computer screens are little hints and set-up for part three. It is amazing and a lot of fun trying to get all the clues to new character and storylines. I can only hope X3 will be released as soon as possible.
