Below you will find a temporary review for this film. The real (better, more complete) review will be online very soon.

'Van God Los' is a Dutch film and normally I am not a big fan of Dutch films. There are some exceptions of course ('Soldaat van Oranje', 'Karakter', 'Antonia' and 'Lek' to name a few) but normally I just don't like them. I am glad to say it is different with this one. The pretty violent story of two guys putting themselves in more and more trouble is interesting. It is fiction although it is loosely based on a true story happened in the early nineties in The Netherlands. The acting by the leading actors and actress is very good, which is kind of surprising, and the graphic violence works in the right way. We can even understand the main characters a little. This is a Dutch film I cab recommend.
